Biography

I am an Assistant Professor of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Rowan University. Before that, I received the B.S. degree from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunication, China, in 2015, and the Ph.D. degree from the Bradley Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Virginia Tech, in 2021.

During my Ph. D. study, I worked in the NEWS research group at Wireless@VT, under the supervision of Prof. Walid Saad. From 2021 to 2024, I worked as a full-time R&D Engineer in the satellite communication industry at Hughes Network Systems. My current research interests include machine learning and artifical intelligence for wireless networks, integrated space-air-ground systems, semantic communications, and network security.
